Was created by entrepreneur Dean Andrew Kantis in 2006
creating an online porthole which helps both buyers and
sellers of specifically VLJ "Very Light Jet" related aircraft, find each
other through an integrated online marketing business
model. MJN specializes in specifically the
"Aircraft Brokerage" of hard to find "Early Aircraft
Slot Positions" for those savvy Buyers that do not wish to wait
in line 2, 3, 4, or 5 years in dealing directly with the
Aircraft OEMs nor wish to spend retail purchase prices! Kantis states "We can get your
airplane cheaper if you go directly to us since we
know most of the Sellers that wish to take a loss on
their aircraft just to get out of it!"
With close to $200 million in closed aircraft
transactions, MJN has the expertise to guide both buyers
and sellers, to seamless aircraft closings with no hick
ups!
And to all of the Sellers out there, MJN charges a
reduced commission, but ONLY PAYABLE, when your airplane sells. That's it!
Both the buyer and seller win! The reduced
commission makes deals happen that would have normally
never have closed because of such high brokerage fees
demanded! Not the case with MJN!
MJN then helps to negotiate the best price by finding
the best "Early Aircraft For Sale," then guides both
the Buyer and the Seller through the entire "Aircraft
Assignment Process," or "Aircraft Sales Process"
including but not limited to submitting a proven Letter
of Intent "LOI," providing the Buyer/Seller with a
"Sample Aircraft Purchase Agreement," "escrow/title/lien checks," and lastly offers clients
the "Aircraft Partnership Agreement" that both Buyers/Sellers
are going to need when they enter into a "Shared
Aircraft."
The heart of MJN is their 5,000 strong and growing database that
Kantis calls, "The Micro Jet Network:"

"It took us well over 4 years to create, and is the
hub of specialized VLJ specific information, connecting
partners with aircraft, that is categorized by city,
state, country, so that anyone involved can save both
time and money by sharing the costs of initial
ownership, while locating an the wanted aircraft at the
predetermined price." Kantis says, "Because this database is so specific, it
can help a Buyer find a Seller in a matter of hours or
days versus using the common advertising means that most
Aircraft Brokers depend on...By utilizing the thousands
of hours that we have spent on our database, our clients
benefit by getting the best deals." |
